This program uses the Nutrition ASVP for either PCs or Consultants, in addition to Four Weeks worth of Menus.
Show the Order Form to a participant to explain the value of the Nutrition ASVP.
Customized Nutrition Kits with extra Essentials Add-ons can also be put together , using Build your Own ASVP Option in the Shopping Cart.
The Goal of the Program is to eliminated the three "A"s : addictive, allergenic and acidic foods, to support both overall health and weight loss if desired.
If the weight loss choices are made,( Two shakes a day and lower calorie snacks) participants can expect to lose 1-2 lbs. a week.
All of the information listed below can also be found under the Files of the "Thirty Days to Healthy Living Community" Facebook Group.
It is suggested that once your particiapant has purchased their Nutrition Kit, you add them into the Facebook Group where they will receive daily updates, inspirational posts and a chat room to ask questions an keep them motivated along with their other participants.
The Group starts over again every month in the first week of the month.
Please explain to them that the Guide they will receive with their ASVP is to be used for Maintenance after they hit their weight loss goal, as it has recipes with Dairy and Wheat. If they want to experience a "Clean Eating" program, send them the link below to the Laura-Lea Vogel webinar and explain the Meal Plans and Recipes they need will be under the Files of the 30 Days Facebook Group.
